Crocoite
description: LOCALITY: Adelaide Mine, Dundas, Tasmania, Australia 8" across This fine quality crocoite specimen was mined during the 1970's and was formerly part of the collection of the late Albert Chapman. He sold it to Warren Somerville who resold it to Robert Sielecki in late 2004. Robert traded it out to me in late 2004. An interesting feature of this piece is the doubly terminated crocoite crystal that is suspended upon crystals that are attached to the matrix.
