<br /><br />This specimen consist of two colorless, lustrous and mainly transparent calcite crystals. One of them displays a pyramidal termination and the other displays a hopper termination. The general quality and the difference in crystal shapes differentiates this specimen from thousands of other lesser Chinese calcite specimens. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">This piece was formerly in the collection of Professor Stephen Smale. It was traded from the Smale collection during a visit to Hong Kong in October 2015. </p>
