Chinese Mineral Specimens

Before 1991, the only types of mineral specimens seen outside China were the classic cinnabar crystal twins and azurite "balls" from Guangdong Province. Other types of mineral specimens started to appear at international shows from around 1991 onwards. Three of the pieces on the cover (namely the aquamarine with cassiterite, scheelite and apatite) are all from Mount Xuebaoding, Ping Wu, Sichuan Province, China. It makes one wonderder whether all three species occur somewhere on a single piece.
