Chrysoprase carving
<p style="text-align: justify;">This piece is carved from Western Australian chrysoprase   
<br /><br />3 1/2" tall 
<br /><br />Chrysoprase is an variety of green chalcedony which owes its unique color to the minor nickel "contamination". Since chrysoprase does not form crystals, it can be best appreciated if carved. This carving was created by a Chinese craftsman during the 19th century. One repair is present.</p>
