Lead, Langban, Sweden; 5" across

Langban, Sweden is the world's most important locality for native lead where it rarely occurred as cubic crystals. This one is desirable because of the presence of matrix. Native lead is a rare mineral species. Most lead mines produce megatons of galena (lead sulfide), cerussite (lead carbonate) and anglesite (lead sulfate) but absolutely no native lead.
