Prehnite on epidote #1

<br /><br />This fine quality small cabinet piece consist of moderate green balls of prehnite on a small "matrix" of crystallized epidote. This locality produced specimens that weighed several kilograms. The prehnite of this piece is gemmy so could be cut into jewels. A lot of Mali prehnite was cut into cabochons.</p>
