Pseudomorphs (20 Pieces)

A pseudomorph is the result of the replacement of one mineral species by another.  An example is this malachite pseudomorph after azurite from Tsumeb, Namibia.  This esthetic group of pseudomorphed crystals is unusually sharp.  The surfaces shimmer when well illuminated and the color is appealing without the slightest hint of murkiness.  Read more about this and other pseudomorphs in this album.

Although I like pseudomorphs, my sub-collection of them is rather sparse.  I would like to focus more on this mineralogical curiosity but only have an interest in acquiring colorful and relatively sharp pseudomorphs which are at least small miniature sized.
